MBF Partner Nursing School in Haiti Makes History Again – The First Family Nurse Practitioner Graduates in Haiti
MBF has been a key partner with FSIL (Faculty of Nursing Science of the Episcopal University of Haiti) since being instrumental in helping establish the school in 2005. Since that time, God has been active and visible with many accomplishments for FSIL as the first baccalaureate nursing program in Haiti.
Now we are delighted to announce that FSIL has just made history again. In November, 16 Family Nurse Practitioners graduated from the school, making them the first master’s level of nurses ever to graduate in Haiti. We are thrilled for FSIL and congratulate this achievement! We are honored for the privilege to continue to faithfully serve God with FSIL and the Episcopal Church of Haiti.
Advancing nursing practice worldwide is what we are all about here at the Mary K Center for Global Nursing Development.
